With the recent tariff problems in the US, are my orders affected by this?

For those concerned about tariffs in the US, don't worry! Everything should remain the same as before since we found a way around it. However, shipments may be slightly delayed compared to earlier.

I have a pre-order item along with other items in an order, how will they be shipped?

If there is a pre-order item in your order, it will be shipped together before or on the ship-by-date of the pre-order product. We cannot ship the item separately due to shipping cost unless they are ordered separately.

How are shipping cost calculated?

They are automatically calculated based on shipping locations and weight of the items ordered, including packaging weight. Shipping cost varies by countries and regions.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, but the rates varies by location and weight. Please use the contact form to let us know if you require Express Shipping and include your order ID as well.

I did not receive any shipping confirmation email after I placed my order, what should I do?

Please check your spam/promotions folder. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Unless it is a pre-order, all orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days.

How do I track my order?

An email containing the tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you did not receive the email.

Will I be liable to pay any custom taxes?

It depends entirely on your country's tax regulations. we are not responsible for delays caused by custom taxes but we will inform you if such situation occurs.

Why is my order taking so long to be delivered?

When an order is shipped, we do not have direct control over it and there might be issues such as holidays, peak season or backlogs from your local delivery/postal services. Your order is trackable and I seek your patience.

What happens if I have waited too long (eg, >6 weeks)?

Please use the contact form and send me your order details. If your order is lost in transit, full refund will be given if the product is out of stock or a replacement will be sent if the product is available.

Can I add in an item in my existing order?

If your order have not been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form and I will add the item in for you in your existing order at no extra shipping charges.

Are you taking in any custom request or commission currently?
